A Very generous photographer, Greg Zaal, has set up a site with gorgeous HDRI that you can download for free. Looks like he has worked very hard on this and he offers it at zero cost so I wont provide any downloads here, because you should really go there and see for yourself. There is no catch, gimmick or ads . Here are some examples of his work and there are many more!
The downloads have multiple resolutions to choose from:
16384×819, 8192×4096, 4096×2048 , 2048×1024, 1024×512
