The Collective3d Portrait Vignettes series is a collection of simple but well detailed scenes for the times you need to render a nice portrait of your favorite character but don’t care for the time and expense of loading in a larger scene.

Contemporary 1 features a 10 foot by 10 foot slice of hallway with a modern accent table, standing floor lamps, two 8×10 inch portrait picture frames, and a picture collage made up of 5×7 and 7×5 inch frames.

Contemporary 2 features a 10 foot by 10 foot area of floor and wall with a double bifold closet door. The bifold doors include open and close morphs, and inside the closet are a collection of clothes hangers and and individual clothes hanger prop that can be easily loaded into the scene and arranged.

Contemporary 3 features a 10 foot by 10 foot slice of a converted urban industrial building. It features a weathered brick wall with a faded black letter D and commercial wall receptacle and conduit, a wood plank floor, and an old steamer trunk that can be used as as a background element or as a posing prop.

Contemporary 4 features a small 10 foot by 10 foot room, with 2 walls, a floor, and a ceiling. One wall features a double hung window covered by vertical blinds that have two morph positions so they can twisted open or slid to the side. The set additionally includes a simple wood and leather chair and three oil paintings (one landscape, one portrait, and one square) to hang on the walls.

Contemporary 5 features a 15 foot by 15 foot room with an archway leading to a background hallway, a landscape painting, and shelf with knicknacks. The scene can be shot from two angles in the main room or from the side of the short T-shaped hallway, for three unique views you can use to frame your subject. Three recessed lights in the hallway ceiling can be used for spot or point lights to create complex shadows.
